"Be prepared to ASK very specific questions to your service advisor. They offer a prepaid Toyota service package for oil changes & tire rotations that is a huge savings. But this package is only offered if you happen to notice the sign. I asked going in if there were any special offered or discounts available and as told no. Then was offered 15% coupon. When checking out I saw the Toyota Care prepaid offer sign which was more than a 35% savings. I asked why I wasn’t told about that in the beginning and he replied “you asked about coupons”. So I stood there for 30 additional minutes while they reworked my invoice to honor the prepaid offer. That said the work was completed and the actual service tech was very good."
