"I was told my trade in had an oil leak. That was a lie as I got it inspected with video proving that it wasn’t looked at or appraised correctly. I tried getting in touch with the person I was working with. They stopped communication after I was denied. They deleted the messages. I called in and was told by the woman they don’t have a Marc working as a salesperson. They had to get me to someone else, and they knew Marc. I got transferred to five minutes of ringing, no voicemail, and disconnected. Five and half hours that started out with a lie from the mechanic that appraised my vehicle."

"It was pretty quick process. Traded in my 2022 Hyundai and got 2024. Numbers little low for trade in but didn’t want to spend many hours there to play with numbers, but any ways got great APR with Hyundai motor finance (which recommend to everyone to apply with first of all), which is my loan provider for last 5 years and 4 of my Hyundai’s. Dealership need to work little bit on greeting customers at least and kinda interact with them, but anyways had super nice experience, as didn’t feel any pressure on me. So thank you for that. Was first time there, but definitely will be back in the future if will decide to get new car. Service center looks great, looking forward to visit it for miles scheduled service."
