"We were quoted $114. We were supposed to get a discount through our mechanics account, so it was going to be $88. Then the wrecker driver showed up and said it would be $330, because we have a larger truck even though we clearly stated the model and type of truck. Then After it arrived to the mechanic we were told $360 was the price. Our mechanic fought on our behalf and we got back $100. So we paid $230 to go 2 miles as we were informed the $360 quote was wrong and it was $330. The wrecker driver lost our driveshaft bolt which cost us to replace with our mechanic and didn't return bungee cords we loaned him. Round rock towing towed the same truck 13 miles for $200. I'd recommend giving them your business! They did a great job with no complications."

"Our company truck was involved in a pretty bad accident a month ago and we were given the name of S.A.S by the State Trooper and Fire Chief. On my initial call, approximately 2 am, I spoke with a guy by the name of Corey, he could hear the anxiety in my voice. He calmed me down and asked me for the location of the truck. I provided him with all of the information he requested along with my driver's name and number. His crew was there within thirty minutes. Not only were they there, but they stayed there with all of the crew (hazmat crew, troopers and fire department) helping clean everything off the road. Corey continued to call us throughout the entire process, updating us on everything going on with the truck, the load, and the clean up process. Once everything was completed and done, he called us to ask if there was anything else we needed them to do. It was the most superb customer service I've ever encountered. The charges were very reasonable and the service was exceptional. I would highly recommend this company. Trustworthy, Considerate, Reasonably Price and shows so much compassion and empathy.
