"A die hard battery I bought there died, hard. The progress for getting a warranty replacement was super easy even though I didn't have the receipt, just the sticker on the battery. I guess I will keep getting my batteries there! Special thanks to the guy at the counter who could tell at a glance that the battery was dead and who knew exactly how to get the paperwork sorted quickly and easily. I was in and out in maybe 5 minutes."
