"I purchased a pre-owned 2021 Hyundai Kona from ROUND ROCK NISSAN this weekend. The car is in fantastic condition and the dealership did a lot of work to get the car ready for sale. New oil, new tires, new brake pads, you name it! We requested that they spot clean the vehicles ceiling liner before we drove the car off the lot and they made it happen! The car was SPOTLESS upon pick up. Justin our hard working sales advisor was knowledgeable, friendly, and was a pleasure to work with. He worked with his managers to get us the best price possible on the car, and he was very personable with my family as we brought in our toddler and 6 month old with us. The vehicle’s tail light bulb went out the day after we drove it off the lot, and Round Rock Nissan went out of their way to replace the bulb even though they did not have to! Round Rock Nissan will be at the top of my list the next time I need to purchase a vehicle, and I HIGHLY recommend they go to the top of your list as well!"

"So I had work done to my car cost about $2800 and I had to take it back in so they could look at another issue I was having and my car squeaking really bad since getting it back from Nissan ( which i only had the car 2 weeks after getting it back from them) Well that resulted in them telling me I now need another $5000-6000 worth of work done. The technician that originally looked at no longer works there. But my issue is they saw my axle needed to be replaced but said nothing 1st photo shows the small tear then the second photo I just got looks like they ripped off the tire which resulted in the axle being messed up and now my water pump needed to be replaced. Never had issue with that and it wasn’t an issue the first time i brought it in. So I opted out of having work done there again and I’m glad i did. I drove it home. I go to look at it this morning and my black cover is gone for the engine, things are pulled up where they shouldn’t, loose screws just chillin on the hood, battery barely plugged in, hoses loose as well. This is unacceptable for customers paying money and large amounts for these things to happen. I could have had real issues or worse got into an accident because of their negligence of putting my car back together. So thanks NISSAN for almost risking my life."

"By far this is the best Nissan dealership in the Austin TX area. And for that matter, The Best dealership in Austin tx of any Auto brand. My wife and I have had some experiences with some of the other places in the Austin area. Henry our salesman is by far a great asset to Round rock Nissan. We were treated with respect and kindness. They allowed us to test drive multiple models and never rushed us. We finally decided on the 2023 Pathfinder platinum. Such a quality built Suv.
