"GET AN UBER AND RUN AWAY!!! short version: After waiting for 2.5 months for an appointment with Dr. Keri Zayed, she is upset that I have questioned her treatment plan and refused to work with me. let the teeth rotten. Long version: The first appointment with Texas Capital in Oct 2021, the doctor said, two fillings and one tooth might need to be removed. Redirected me to a root canal specialist (took two weeks for an appointment). CT scan for $162, extra exam fee for $45 after insurance. Said need teeth extraction. Contacted one oral surgeon who has good experience performing surgery around the end of Nov 2021, bone graphing at Dec 2021. After extraction, I called the office in Jan 2022 to schedule a follow-up. They said, even that's urgent, but no appointment is available until March. Fine. waited 2.5 months, to be seen. In the appointment, the doctor said, the teeth seem to need to be crowned (which is not what's the plan in Oct 2021) I was asking why the crown is necessary, I do need to budget for teeth implant this year, is there any way to go around it? the conversation got super tense from there, that as if I should not dare to question her decision, should just hand over the money immediately for the crown. She was like, I don't feel comfortable working with you now. excuse me? for a patient who waited for 2.5 months after, merely want to get clarification of the treatment plan is "not comfortable to work with"???? thanks for letting my teeth rotten! after she said that, I'm feeling upset too, pointed out the fact that I have done my due diligence schedule appointment and updated her on extraction, etc. And she was like, but you requested an x-ray to send to another doctor. excuse me, the oral surgeon does need to see an x-ray, if that makes her feel uncomfortable is she only upset that how dare I to find an oral surgeon myself than taking her order? Overall, horrible horrible horrible experience, the patients are just ATM machines to them, doesn't care about patient's confusion or concern whatsoever, any different opinion, no. RUNAWAY!!!!"

"Most amazing and patient DA I have ever had. Nohemi was so sweet and comforting when I told her how nervous and embarrassed I was. The Dr took her time and explained everything to expect and how to plan my procedures. I cried in the chair and they waited and talked me through it. I have never been so comfortable and felt truly listened to at a dental office. This is the only dentist myself, my husband and our Four children will go to. Thank you so much everyone!!"

"Wonderful doctor. I trust her ! Im very scared when it comes to work on my teeth, but she will put you at ease. Also each and everyone of the assistants and ladies at the front are are very very nice and make you feel comfortable ! Again a hard tooth with a super long root was able to be pulled by my wonderful dentist ! I don’t know how her and her staff make me feel so at ease even with a fear of the dentist . This place is great , they make you feel welcome and want you to make yourself at home. I’ll never go anywhere else. Very professional staff at the front as well as kind and friendly attitudes!"
