"Did my oil change at this location recently and what a disappointment it was! A couple of miles after leaving the store, the oil pressure indicator light on the dashboard kept blinking. This was a surefire way to tell that there was an oil leak. I was forced to pull over for fear of damaging my engine. I checked the oil level on the dipstick and sure enough, all the oil had leaked out. There was oil splatter underneath my car that extended all the way onto the trunk. I called the manager who showed up to my location and remarked that the leak was due to a damaged oil drain gasket. How they let me drive off with a so called damaged gasket was unacceptable. He refilled the oil and then proceeded to defend his employees’ actions against any wrongdoing: basically not taking responsibility. To add insult to injury, he offered me a lousy $20 off my next oil change visit and a free power wash to clean the undercarriage and motor on my vehicle. It’s been a few days now but my car still smells like an oil rig! Plus they never replaced the sticker showing when my next oil change would be due. With such level of ineptitude, I’ll never ever visit this location again! I encourage you to avoid it like the plague that they are."
