"This email is different than what you have on file, but I wanted to get this out as soon as I could. After having axles replaced, that go into the transmission, at another facility, on Superbowl Sunday, one fell out and I was stuck and blocking traffic at an intersection. The car would not move at all. When the tow company put my car on his truck all the transmission fluid drained out. I had no idea what or why, but thought for sure my transmission was dead. Once I got my car to Jose at AAMCO he assured me they would be able to diagnose the problem and get me back on the road as soon as possible. And they did. First Jose is very personable and kind. He is very knowledgeable about the transmissions and the whole engine of the car. And he has been there for a very long time, which says a lot about the company he works for. So he put me at ease about what "could" be wrong, and reassured me that they would fix my problem, he was absolutely right. They diagnosed the problem, fixed the axle that had come out, replaced all the transmission fluid. He had my car back to me fixed in a matter of hours. I would highly recommend this AAMCO to everyone that is needing any kind of transmission help. The work they do is excellent and the customer service you get from Jose is over the top. We were having what we thought were transmission issues and had taken our vehicle to a shop closer to our house. But they couldn’t figure out the problem so I called this location.
