"I had a cleaning today and it was the best experience I've had at a dentist's office. It was my first time there and I was very anxious, but everyone was very kind and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. They give you the option to watch something on the TV if you want and they even offered me a weighted blanket when I mentioned I was feeling anxious. Something I really loved is that everyone was very knowledgeable. They explained the whole process to me which eased my anxiety and they also went over the treatment plan with me and made sure all of my questions were answered. Overall I had a great first experience with them and will definitely be coming back!"

"Enamel has been my go-to dental office for the past few months and I continue to be impressed by their exceptional service. The moment you walk into their modern, welcoming office, the friendly staff greet you with a smile. During cleanings and procedures, they play good music and have TVs available if you want to watch something while you’re in the chair. The hygienists at Enamel are highly skilled - they efficiently clean my teeth while also being gentle. I've never experienced any pain or discomfort during cleanings here, unlike some other dental offices I've tried. They take great care to make sure you're relaxed and comfortable. All of the dentists I've seen have been very personable and take the time to explain what they are doing while they examine you. I truly appreciate that personal touch. Overall, I'm very happy with the dental work I've had done at Enamel and I will continue recommending them to anyone looking for a dentist. Their modern office, friendly staff, and gentle and quality care make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience!"

"Tried to scare me into spending $1300+ on unnecessary medical treatment. Not only that but they charge almost double what private dentists charge for normal services like exams and x-rays. I went to this place for the first time this week and they told me I needed a deep cleaning and other procedures that would’ve taken 2 visits and $1300+ (after insurance!) or else I would be risking bone loss and further damage to my teeth and gums. This was extremely surprising to me since my last cleaning was less than a year ago but I almost went through with the treatment anyway since I’m not a doctor and I thought I should just trust them when they told me it was necessary for my health. But I decided to get a second opinion from my usual dentist and thank god I did because they told me my teeth were completely fine, and that all I needed was a regular cleaning. They told me the treatments Enamel were trying to persuade me were necessary are only needed when there is a diagnosis of gum disease, which I did not receive. I only went to Enamel because I moved recently and it’s closer to my house but it’s safe to say I will never be returning to this place and will stick to my usual dentist from now on. I truly believe they prey on your vulnerability and ignorance of dental health in order to scam you into costly and unnecessary treatments. I’m upset that I wasted my time and money here only to be taken advantage of, but also grateful I got a second opinion since it could’ve been much worse if I had gone through with the “necessary” treatments they tried to give me. Ultimately I could not recommend this place any less, unless you are okay with throwing away hundreds/thousands of dollars on unnecessary treatments, and paying double for routine procedures such as x-rays and exams. Save your money and avoid commercial dentists office such as this one, they are exploitative and untrustworthy."
