Valvoline Instant Oil Change

"Steer clear of this store if it’s ran by Marcus Keeler, do not work for this person. Untrustworthy not a man to work for or with. Will with out hesitation will stab u in the back while making you sell for him and not ever get promoted to make commission. I was their top selling Tech. Daily. But I didn’t fear him Marcus so they made up a narrative to get me terminated. Yea way too much drama and liability and little boys for what they pay. Not worth it. Take 5 or anyone else. Don’t work here. Trust me"

"This is 2nd time here and 2nd time they did not refill windshield washer fluid. I specifically asked if it was included with service since it was not done last time and was told yes, that all fluid levels are checked and topped off if necessary. How certain can I be they actually check and top off other fluid levels? Otherwise was pleasant interaction with employees. Update: Management team responded rapidly and followed through with an emailed discount for future oil change. Nice to know they are so responsive and want content customers."

"I will not go to another oil change place. Paul and Jorge and the other gentleman that helped me were totally professional and pleasant. When you’re in the bay, everybody is working diligently and you hear a lot of pleases and thank yous among the staff. The employees seem happy and they reflect a positive attitude. Five Stars all day."

"What else could you ask for?!? Matt, Jordan and Paul were so helpful with both an oil change and an inspection. Yes, they do state inspections too! Friendly staff, they offer additional services but they're not pushy about it, they show you how things are going throughout the process, they even offered water! Clean restroom too. "Let me start by saying I have always been a fan of Valvoline and have recommended them to friends and family. I will never recommend them again. I went in Wednesday for a full-synthetic oil change. My power steering fluid has been low (I know nothing about cars, but my husband know a little, and he told me it sounded low). I asked Valvoline to top-off the power steering fluid, they said they could not because I had a "closed -system". I thanked them for checking and proceeded to get the oil change. The next morning I woke up to large oil spots all over our driveway. We own rather than rent, so as a homer the damage to the drive-way was upsetting, but I didn't blame Valvoline for it. I took my car back to Valvoline and asked them to check for a leak. They said there was not a leak, but my power-steering fluid was almost empty, and maybe I needed a new hose. I drove home. When I got home I told my husband what they said. He popped the hood and guess what...a place to fill-up power steering fluid. Right in the open...easy to see. We then called our mechanic he was shocked they would say that it is a "closed system". He was even angry on my behalf they let me just drive off like that without putting any fluid in or warning me about the extreme damage driving without fluid can cause (Again, I admittedly don't know anything about cars). Really frustrated and disappointed with their lack of knowledge. Additionally, it has been a full day now since I put power steering fluid in and my car has not leaked again...I now feel that the damage to the driveway is in fact oil from the oil, and thinking about it my car did not leak visible fluids prior to the change."
