"I didn't like my experience here. I gave three stars, because the people there were friendly, but it was a really loud and chaotic environment. The technician that began my x-rays was not very good at it, and someone else had to step in. It would have improved the experience had they stayed there and not let that person back in to do more awkward, poor bedside-manner-type-things (like dropping things on me, or flashing lights directly into my eyes). The dental hygienist seemed incredibly efficient. The dentist was really informative and professional. I won't return, but it won't be because of dentistry. I just need a lot more privacy when I'm talking with my doctor, and I'm not the loudest person in those types of discussions. Best of luck to Swish!"

"If I could leave a negative star review I would. This morning I showed up for my appointment after I had taken the day off from work, taken a Xanax and arranged transportation to and from the office only to get into the dental room and told the individual doing my service had called off. The staff told me they were aware of this at their meeting at 8:15. My appointment was at 9. They never attempted to contact me and let me know. Even when I walked in the door at 5 till 9, they didn’t let me know. I will not be booking again and will let the clients from my employer that come here know my experience. There was zero empathy or care. 10/10 would not recommend. I already have a distrust in dentists and this just continues to reconfirm it. They don’t give a single ounce of care when it comes to patients. Just a number and a wallet."

I've been going here for four years now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I also appreciate their team of insurance experts to help me understand and use my full benefit for a variety of services.
