"This location is NOT in network for Cigna - the other office is, but if you call the phone number you'll be directed here. When asked, Jennifer told me this office is in network and the problem was my plan, but Cigna told me that there is no plan that covers this office. Basically, I was lied to and told they take Cigna, when confronted they lied some more, and wouldn't lift a finger to correct the problem. I consider myself lucky that I only had to pay the $350 for a cleaning - if I hadn't put off the surgery then I'd owe them over three thousand dollars."
