"I ordered online and was not able to pick up my order. I tried calling many times to this location and no one ever picked up. Terrible service. My card was still charged for almost 30 dollars and I did not get my food. I called for like for like an hour straight to try to cancel and no one ever even picked up. Ridiculous!!! Update: chipotle issued my refund promptly, but still the restaurant location would not pick up the phone after numerous calls. Chipotle customer service did it right though."
"Food wasn't the problem. It was good. It was the tables that were covered in trash and dropped food. The floor was littered with trash and the trash can was full and over flowing. We were there thirty minutes and it was never cleaned. I totally get being super busy with orders but it wasn't busy."
