"Would love for the owner of this establishment to see this. Owner of the Cici’s pizza, I’m sure you’re a great person and thank you for giving my friends and family good memories, but unfortunately other than the great workers, this place has been in a steady downfall. I went thinking of playing air hockey but the table was so sticky and unclean it was downright disappointing. Most of the games just down even work and the pizza isn’t cooked long enough the dough is very soggy. If the owner could see only one review i’d want it to be this one. Please at least ACT as though you want this place to do better. for future families and future customers please: cook pizza longer, fix your games and soda dispenser, and please fix up your establishment."

"They lock the door 30 minutes before they actually close at 10:00 p.m. I've never seen an establishment Actually lock the door from the customers 30 minutes prior to closing That's ridiculous. There's people inside and the guy just waved me down said they were closed even though it's 9:30 pm"

"Bad management. Do not care about customer needs. Without customers a business is nothing. Pizzas are not done how asked. Dessert shows apple desert and some other one and thry never have it. Drinks were out like 3 of them. Charging for cheese for your salad ridiculous not even Peter Piper does it. They say because it is owned noe by new owners. Not coming back. Do not recommend. Only here in the Valley."

"The food wasn’t fresh. The pizza was cold, the soup tasted like dish water and so much oil you could layer your finger and the noodles were rubbery not even fully cooked. The salad was basically going bad already. Majority of the drinks we’re out the bread wasn’t full cooked more doughy. The staff take orders but talk majority of the time and stand around or go to the back. The back smells like sewage ever time it opens. It seems like it hasn’t been clean and the cleaner doesn’t clean as much. The place gone downhill."

"We decide to go to Cici's Pizza when I was going to meet a friend. They have good pizza at the buffet, the also have salads and pasta plus they have wings. You can also order the a slice or the whole pizza the way you want it. There dessert is to die for, it is really good. I think its a cinnamon roll the pizza way. Its really good."
