To make matters worse, when I inquired about the delay, the staff repeatedly blamed the ‘inaccurate system’, which only added to my frustration. It turned out that my pizza had been ready for 15 minutes, yet there was no communication or effort to rectify the situation promptly. The lack of coordination and poor customer service at Domingo’s significantly impacted my experience. It’s disheartening to see such potential marred by operational inefficiencies. "I I’m not technical savvy and ordered online and did not place order correctly. It was not the Resturant’s fault. I live 5 miles away and upon Arriving home discovered that my order was not correct. I called and manager explained the order online was followed by his team. And they follow what the online order shows. He was very understanding and allowed to redo again. I am very satisfied with his service and quick response thank you Mr Manager."
