"I have 3 kids who have been going here forever… 6 years actually… and we’re usually in and out. The dentist and staff who work with the patients in the back are amazing. The lady who works in the front scheduling appointments and things of that sort really needs some customer service training or to go and find a job she enjoys. It’s not my fault she hates her job and has a miserable life. She’s extremely rude and condescending. She’s always been this way. I called to confirm my Saturday appointments after they called my moms phone to confirm with her for whatever reason. I’ve removed my moms number multiple times, added mine and my husbands number so that were contacted instead and they still decide to call my mom with reminders/confirmations. I recently had a Saturday appointment for my younger daughter & showed up to a empty office so I called to confirm that the staff would be there Saturday. The front desk staff had a attitude from the moment I told her my kids name. She stated that “yeah we will be here that’s why we’re calling you to confirm” when I was explaining why I was calling her. She also stated “the appointment is at 9 am, be on time”. Last time I checked I’m not her child and that’s not how you talk to a patients parent. Good luck retaining patients with her and her pitiful, miserable vibes."

"I was seen today by Dr. Taylor. They worked me in last minute. Did exam and root canal along with buildup on the spot. The price was extremely fair. Dr. Taylor is a very kind, gentle and a skilled dentist. If you're in a bind and want a good dentist that can get you in last minute and take excellent care of you and the great job her team does. Worth driving to this side of town. Frankly, this is the best dental experience I have ever had."

"I go here and so does my daughter. They have the best staff and service. The mounted TV’s are the best feature there and the great painting of Mario and Princess for the kids. You can definitely feel how clean the office and the rooms are. They attend you as fast as they can."
