"Dr. Prasad and team provided an excellent experience. My first visit to Dr. Prasad was a great experience. She immediately puts you at ease with her calm and sweet demeanor. The most impressive part of my visit was that Dr. Prasad took the time to show me my problem areas on my x-rays, which I have never had a dentist do before. This helped me to know why and how to care for my teeth better, thus motivating me to do so. I never felt rushed. She and her staff have a special way of making your visit personalized, comfortable and stress-free. After having had a previous experience that was not ideal, I was reluctant to find a new dentist that I could trust. Dr. Prasad took the time to explain the details of what my treatment plan was and the “why behind the what”. Every person I met in the office (Dr. Prasad , Front desk Shilpa , and Staff) was courteous friendly and professional. They really took the time necessary to do everything right – and as a new patient took some really good time to get to know me and my kid . Going to the dentist for cleanings is not at the top of my enjoyable things to do but they make it as great as it can be. Great dental experience!"
