Today I went in at 3:25 because my temporary crown had popped off after flossing. Luz took me in and fixed it so fast and was so kind and understanding. She’s so loving!"

"Ever since Dr. Don Davis retired I've had a terrible experience with this office. For starters there have been times that I have called and left a message and my call was never returned. The front desk staff has been extremely rude and unprofessional, every time I am there the staff constantly comments on the amount of work I've had done (I take extremely good care of my teeth, I unfortunately have bad genetics), I've brought up countless concerns about work I've had done and have been told "don't worry, it takes time to settle" or "well, we'll keep an eye on it". Now the warranty for this work had of course expired. They took x-rays and other pictures without my consent and without explaining why, and then told me I HAVE to get all this work done, that should have been properly the first time since I paid for this service and trusted it to be done correctly. I have brought up multiple concerns for my TMJ, and multiple tumors in my mouth and was constantly told since it didn't cause me a lot of pain it's probably fine. Lastly they scheduled multiple appointments without my consent or approval and then changed the times without telling me. Dr. Saxena has been dismissive of my concerns and had always made me feel stupid with her constant medical gaslighting. She has also never taken accountability for the wrong doing she's caused me and blamed me for not talking about it, even after I stated that I did and was dismissed. She kept telling me it was probably the other dentist when i knew and told her that it was her every time. Honestly horrible office. They seem to care more about money than the wellbeing and health of their clients."

"It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Everything was prompt. There was little to no wait, which was great. The staff was gentle and friendly. They made me feel less nervous as I’ve had not very good experience at a dental clinic near my home. Therefore, although Austin Advanced Dentistry is quite a distance from my home, I will def come back. I’ve already made another appt to see them in 6 months."
