They were so patient and kind to my daughter and I she loved being there with them. "My son is a patient at Kidstown since he was 10 weeks old. He got a tongue tie revision and also had the LAFTR laser done. It definitely did the job as he exclusively breast fed after that with no problems! Once we were out of the country and my son got a bad mouth injury, so I sent an email to see if someone could help me. Emily went above and beyond to help us through this difficult situation. She contacted the doctors and sent me suggestions that helped tremendously. I was so anxious and panicking but Emily helped me get through it. I am forever grateful and we will continue to come to Kidstown because of this!"

"This office is an out of network office. Unfortunately when I made my appointment none of the front office let me know and I received a bill that I was not expecting or planning on having. I talked to the manager and she told me that regardless of them not letting me know one of the intake documents says I am responsible for all bills not covered by insurance. My thing is, if they would have worked with me to address this bill not only would it have shown great customer service but they also wouldn’t have lost me as a patient and I would have kept coming back paying the extra fee. So with that said, they are out of network through most insurances and they don’t provide good customer service."

"We are a transfer family from another dentist. My 9 year old was told at another office that her two lower permanent molars needed to be pulled, and we came to Kidstown with the hope of a better experience and hoping to save her molars. Dr. Fillmore was nothing short of incredible, and my daughter's teeth were saved with a special filling material and some amazing TLC. Then I was able to get my teenage daughter into Kidstown with Dr. Nicole who was wonderful! She was patient and so kind. Overall this was an experience amazing and I am a lifelong fan of Kidstown as a result. If you are looking for patient doctors that care, this is the place!"
