"Poor service, they start with they have too much work but don't realize that people have jobs and you take a day off because they tell you they can look at it for that day but once you are there the excuses starts. It was for a day plan but they tell you they will look at it until two days. Basically force them to check the truck within two hours of being there. I regret coming or buying a GMC product. What I see I'd lack of professionalism, no aware of consideration of people time, lack of empathy of customers. You can see they are bother by a customer when they hot questions, this is questions are legitimately that need to be ask for planning if repair is going to take time so other side one can plan either get a rental or get ready for the financial side. It is sad to see how bad this GMC dealership is. This is happens when you have people no longer interested in their profession, they need more new blood to be more engaging with customers. This is a wake up call for the entire department. It has been two days for the service department to call me back to respond on the warranty. Sad thing is I was waiting for the new 2022 Canyon, this has been a disappointment for me, they might say we have more customers but in reality they're going to be more of us moving to the imports because they are being made better."
