"I will never go back to service my vehicle. I went in at 6:05pm on a Thursday and they refused to do an oil change. The manager said he let all his techs leave at 6pm. The 3 managers were hanging out and told me to come back on Saturday. I told them I did not feel comfortable waiting until then since my car had the alert to change the oil - one of the managers said I would be ok driving it that way a little longer. I am not sure why the dealership advertises their service center is open until 7pm when that is clearly not the case. I would understand if I arrived at 6:30 or 6:45 but I didn't - I made it a point to leave work early to make it by 6pm, all to be denirled service. This is unacceptable and why I will be purchasing a Toyota for my next car."

"I dropped my truck at 7 AM for a complimentary oil change. I got a text saying it was ready at 9 AM. I picked up after work at 4:15 PM. They told me there was a recall for my truck to reprogram the oil filter. I asked why they had not called me about this or why didn’t they just do it? They had my truck for 9 hours! Seriously? The young man apologized and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Another older gentleman had to guide him. I’m waiting in the lobby and this wait should not have happened. Bad first experience with service department. I will not be returning."

"Took my truck in due to obvious coolant leak and recalls. No communication after I dropped the truck off. Truck sat for days, I finally called, and they said they were still waiting on parts. Did leak test, but no leaks. I took it Valmark the next week due to coolant smell still. Called within an hour of dropping it off, and they said the radiator was bad... Obviously, they didn't look hard at Gunn. Won't go back. I'm still waiting on recall parts. It's been a few weeks..."

"Brought my 2000 Chevrolet pick up truck for service. They replaced the oxygen sensor, cleaned the fuel injectors and did a wheel alignment. Excellent work and affordable price. My truck is running like new again."
