"They don't even deserve a star. They didn't hit any promise dates that where told it took almost three extra weeks and well this is what happened. Wheels had been scratched and a little bit dug into the filler on one of them all the other 3 had minor scratches. I in turn got the wheels back with worse damages then when they had left. They didn't take off the adhesive on the stick weights, they powder coated over it. they procced to scratch the back of the rims on all 4 by being dragged, also scratching the fronts on all 4 as seen in the pictures. Along with on the spoke or the face of the rims did not clean the corners so they have trash in the powder coat. Overall trash they did worse to the wheels then what the tire shop did. Never go here."

"This location has exceptional customer service. My mother-in-law is in her late 70s and had trouble with a bent rim on her truck. I called the location for her and spoke to Chris whom was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and so courteous. My mother-in-law was able to drive out to the location and the technicians took great care of her. They took the bent rim out of her truck for her and told her it would be ready the very next day. They removed the tire off the rim and were kind enough to repair the rim and put the tire back on. She stated she would recommend this place to anyone! Thank y’all so much for making it such a pleasant experience for her. Thank you for treating her the way my husband and I would of, had we been able to be there at that moment. 100 times, thank you!"

"Tried to place an order online for an item that showed a notice to call to verify it was in stock. I did, gave the item number to the guy who answered, and was told it was in stock. He never asked me to verify what vehicle it was for, which I know I should have asked. I told him I would like to place the order and his answer was "you can do that online" even though I explained that the website said to call. He begrudgingly placed the order and I never received an invoice and the part I received was wrong. Had to pay $25 to return it and wait 3+ days to get the label and original invoice. On Friday I was told an exchange would be shipped Monday morning, but tracking showed the wheel shipped 7pm Tuesday and didn't leave UPS until 10 am the next day. Sadie, the woman helping me with the return was great which is the only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 2. Previously ordered a wheel from this company and it arrived in bad condition and we had to refinish it to make it useable. Overall, not a good experience to work with Wheels America."

"Refinished all four wheels on a used vehicle I recently purchased. The outer edge was bent and gouged... severe curb rash. They made them look new again and it only took them 2 days."
