"5 stars isn't enough for Tri-County. They are incredibly professional, friendly & honest. Shop & floors are SPOTLESS & not like the average black grease tarpit like were used to seeing. I had called shortly before closing & they got me in early the next morning. Managed to get me out by closing that same day. What would have been a logistical nightmare at the dealership ended up becoming a great experience here. I was exhausted from running all night & they were kind enough to let me zonk out in the sleeper, where as most places will tell you to tough it out. Pricing was very reasonable, especially when you're talking about high quality work & same day service on a all day mechanical adventure. (Good, Fast Cheap...Remember, you can only have 2). They also made sure to give everything a 2nd look before sending me out & the parts / labor was all broken down for you to see (unlike a few mom-n-pop shops) As for accommodations, they have a luch /break / waiting room with a microwave, table, snacks, coffee, nuts etc & thats a big plus. Furthermore, just a few hundred feet from them is a fantastic spot to grab some BBQ chicken or Short Ribs (Always helps when you're down for the day waiting to be get rolling) For those of you who have a dog in the truck: My dog Micah was with me as always & they treated her so kindly. Offered her water and treats (asked for permission first too). Was very happy to see this, as most shops avoid dogs like the plague & tell you to get as far away as possible. Folks, if your looking for a shop for an OTR deal or as your new local service spot... You've just found it."

Picked it up and got on the road, a couple of days later I’m doing my pre trip and I noticed that my centramatic wheel balancer were different from the ones I had before. Where as other places charge $300 - $400 for just one inspection, I got two separate trucks inspected here for half that cost. The two individuals I worked with, Michelle and Randy, were both very kind and professional. Tri County has an owner that cares more about quality of service than trying to steal every nickel and dime in your change cup. They are up front, honest, charge great rates and professional.
