"Here is what we are going through with world car Hyundai. Friday, December 29, 2023, I bought a New 2024 Hyundai Palysade xrt with less than 60 miles. While driving on the 3rd day Monday, January 1, 2024 morning our family decided to go to the grocery store after leaving the store we passed the first signal light and our car started to make a loud knocking sound either from the engine or something underneath, the info on the dash was saying to release the parking break and the steering wheel proceeded to lock I ended in the middle of a busy street as we tried to turn the car completely shut off and it would not take the gears much less not able to go in neutral so at least I could push the vehicle out of the way and nothing happened . Reached out to the dealer and acted pretty fast had the car towed to them and they did let us borrow a loaner. However, 10 days in and we had not heard from the dealer about the diagnosis therfore called the dealer (our salesman acted surprise they hadn’t given us the diagnosis). He said: I just walked over to our shop and your car hasn’t even made it into the shop. He assured we would get a call once we find out. Another 10-12 days pass and heard nothing about our car. We maid a call to the manufacture and they opened a “case” since it shouldn’t have taken this long for a diagnostic, come to find out dealer and manufacture said it would take up to 7-10 weeks for a diagnosis. By this time my first payment is due. I called my bank who approved the loan and let them know about this. They suggested we let the dealership know we demand a buy back. The manufacture agreed but again no communication as they would call us back to what needs to happen next again no call no email. We got a hold of manufacture and they explained the process and that it would take time, after weeks and now months we receive a bogus offer that they want us to sign: they pay only value of the car and stated we would owe them a difference of $2400. We rejected this offer and went back to the dealer and spoke to the manager. He verbally agreed that that was unfair and would get Hyundai to pay the full amount and we requested our down payment back plus our 1st month payment since we hadn’t had the “new car” he agreed to add it, again weeks have passed by and nothing has been done. My wife managed to include all personnel involved in one email and all they do is point fingers at each other. @Bill keys GM of Hyundai world car @Aaron Olsen “tittle” @Patrcia Johnson in charge of the buy back @Doug agent in charge of the case @Pricilla Torres agent in charge of the buy back. We have email threads were both dealer and manufacture point fingers at each other but nothing is being done. It is now Friday February 23, 2024 and going on to a second payment with no resolution. This has been a roller coaster for me and my family emotional toll, headaches, sleepless nights. My wife who suffers from anxiety has been sick over this, she has been putting aside her daily task as she is our kids teacher they are homeschooled and having to take care of this. Our Local news has been contacted in hope for further assistance on this."

Our Santa Fe Hybrid took us out of San Antonio all the way up the Alcan and into Anchorage Alaska. At -21 in Tok Alaska she started right but not remote start since internet was spotty."
"While it was annoying to have bought my 2014 hyundai sonata and immediately have engine issues, they took care of my recall and reimbursed a small portion of my car rental that I had to get for the wait. They also took care of my fuel pump recall in a reasonable amount of time and the convience of dropping off my car and picking it up was appreciated. The staff was courteous and followed up about my experience."
"This dealership has had my vehicle for over a month for a simple cosmetic repair and providing a spare key that was supposed to take a few hours. I have called up to services multiple times along with visits to the dealership and still have yet to get any status updates on my vehicle. He has gotten to the point where I have left numerous messages and still have yet to be contacted. At this point I don’t know what to do besides reach out to the media to see if they could assist me with this issue."
"This was our second time at World Car Hyundai service shop. This place is totally disorganized and severely understaffed. They only had two guys working the entire day and severely over worked. The MANAGEMENT at this dealership has completely failed. I do praise the two guys for trying to help. We called this dealership over 12 times to check on our vehicle. No one ever answers any of our calls. We went for an oil change and rotation under the Hyundai warranty program. They claimed they did a tire rotation but truly did NOT touch the tires. I marked my tires and took pictures while at the dealership. I had proof of where each tire was on the car when we dropped it off. When we picked up the car you could see that the tires are in the same place. All of the other people waiting for their cars had complaints. This location really needs Hyundai corporation to stop allowing this dealership to continue to support Hyundai."
