"Sign states they'll top off your fluid but they didn't even look at mine. Always a long wait no matter what time you go. We tried 3 different days and times. Not enough staff for 3 lines and only one person actually under changing the oil. The one star is for offering us water for the long wait they have."

"Got a oil change representative offered new wipers, but said they didn't look to bad. I know my wipers needed to be replaced prior to Visit so sense he didn't give more effort to look I declined. I manage a service company myself so I'm gonna give 5 Stars and say we need to do a bit better next time."

"I come here for my state inspection and oil change every time. Derek managed his team efficiently and great communication. Even I was following and knew what they were doing next. It was a long line and he pushed the team and ran the shop amazingly. Derek! You kick butt. I hope upper management/regional sees this and gives you the recognition you deserve. "This is the second time I’ve been here, for a state inspection, just to get turned away. shops open until 7, spoke with two people one named Isaiah. They told me they were closed, I asked when did they close? I was told 6. Even though your website states 7. I arrived around 6:55. I had asked him if he could provide me with something that stated they close at 6 instead of 7. brought his coworker out to talk to me and he told me that he got approval from his site manager and district to close 5 minutes early, Because he’s new and needs to clean up and is still learning the system. All I’m hearing is excuses not to serve your customers and turning away profits for your site, And if this is how the managers here are running this specific site it needs to be shutdown. ASAP. Moral of the story I got handed excuses and a business card for the shop Manager Nate Medrano, but no state inspection. Nice. Update: Still haven’t even gotten a response from anyone over there about their lack of honesty or unprofessionalism."
