I have had driving schools in the past and I am sure I have saved myself thousands of dollars not only in lower costs but with proper diagnosis and honesty. I had a friend one time with a problem expecting to pay a few $100 and walked out with a free service, because all I had to do was tighten a screw. I don't know where he gets his character but You won't find a more honest person. I doubt you will find a cheaper mechanic. Thank God you have found him."

"The reason for my score is because of unneeded comments during our conversation. Explained what was wrong with my car. He responded as any mechanic would...need to see it in order to know if he could fix it. Rather than tell me an estimated cost he went into a rant about going to the doctor and asking to be examine for free and how he charges because its how he makes a living. Then said I dont mean to be rude but thats how it is. I said you could have just stated an estimated cost of your time rather then rudely making those comments, that would have made a difference. His response was no it would have been the same thing. Good customer service starts with the initial call. By reading other reviews Im sure hes a good mechanic but with how he belittled me I decided to not take the chance with that attitude. Felt that because Im a woman his attitude was that I wanted work for free. No thank you."
