"Over charged. It's $39.99 for a synthetic blend but $91 gor full synthetic. I've always paid $59 for full synthetic. They charged me for a "better" filter, but didn't ask for it. They never told me any of these fees or charges until I questioned the bill. I'm actually concerned about the products I received. Did I get the better filter? Did I get full synthetic oil? My wiper fluid was filled with water. Just something else. I'm going to somewhere else to have an oil change I can feel confident was done correctly with the correct oil and filter. Autos are too expensive to take a chance. It's sad because I've used this business before with no issues but this time it was just terrible."

"This place likes to take advantage of women, I know this girl that when with her mother for an oil change, with a car with not even 30k miles, and they told her that the oil was very dark or dirty, when she works at home, and try to do some inesesary work, did not give the offer for the oil and they said no military discount, when clearly they have both signs outside the building ..."

Each time they have provided wonderful service by keeping me notified of the condition of my car. Whether it be concerns that I had before pulling up to their inspection store or issues that I may have not have noticed. They always communicate effectively where I can get the parts, which convenientlyis right next door to O'Rileys. They really care about customer satisfaction by answering any of my concerns about my vehicle before I drive off and making sure I drive in the best condition thanks to their service. They are 100% dedicated to providing the most best customer service, so much so that I always come to this location for my cars annual state inspection. "First of all this place is overly price, they don't complete the job properly, when you pay for a package service that means completing the Job 100% not 75% and not giving excuses that they ran out of chemicals, I always wondered why I never see any vehicles there, now I know why."

I went there for an inspection the evening after Christmas and couldn't have been treated better - My neighbor recommended this place after I told him how lazy my usual inspection station is - the other place hangs their sign out in front to attract business but then don't want to take the time to do the stupid cheap $7 inspection. I get it, the whole system of inspections is both an inconvenience to the citizens and also the businesses, and thankfully inspections are going away next year. Bottom line, wish I would've caught the name of the gentleman that inspected my car tonight, would like to give him a shout out."
