"When my Wife’s jeep wouldn’t start I did the initial response of calling the dealership. Told me it was 250$ just to see what the problem was and they wouldn’t be able to get to it for 3-5 business days. I quickly called Derek and his team who informed me they could get the jeep in that day. Once I got it there it was immediately pulled into the garage and someone was looking at it. Over the next couple of days it was a cycle of fixing this problem and another spawns, but they wound up all being linked. The biggest thing that blew my mind, the shop closes at 7 usually. That did not stop the team from staying late. Both nights I received texts and photos of what they found and what needed fixed nearly 2 hours after they closed. The jeep was back on the road again within 3 business days, the dealer said they wouldn’t have been able to touch it until then! After the vehicle was fixed they have reached out to make sure everything is still running strong. Only gave 5 stars because that is as many as I could give.
