"Don’t let them know you have a warranty, I guess. They’ll do everything possible not to get to your vehicle. Appointment or not, they’ll try to hold onto it for days on end. They won’t even give you a courtesy call letting you know that, although they’ve had your vehicle for over 12hrs via appointment, they haven’t made the slightest attempt to look at it. Maybe they’re in need of technicians but try a different FORD."

"Quick, convenient, and professional. My car went in for a recall repair and was back in my possession two days later. There were a few hiccups, but nothing that would turn me off from taking my car back for repairs again. If you've never been there, look at Google Maps to get to the correct location since the dealership and service area are located at the same address but aren't directly next to one another."

"Great service. Checked in my 2017 Freightliner. I had the 2 yellow check engine lights on. Got it towed on Monday afternoon there. Was told by Wednesday (2 day) wait for tech. Was called Wed morning and was told it lost its prim but held over night so just to monitor tanks for next step, but water pump was leaking causing electrical issue. Got to speak with tech and had keys back by 3pm. As far as price goes it does seem to be almost a double the price but definitely better experience compared to doggett."
