"So far have been here about 15-20 minutes no one has greeted us or even acknowledged us I am currently now in the store waiting for a state inspection. I know they don’t make much off of them but do not offer them if you’re not going to treat us like high dollar paying customers!!!"
"Went in for oil change and the smell of sewage was overwhelming . Employee apologize and explained there is a sew line problem. . Poor employees are walking around with sewage on there pant legs and shoes and then supposed to get in my car? Don't think so! That store should of been shut down today. Will be sending complaint to OSHA about those conditions. If it smells that bad outside I can only imagine inside... Took my business across the street. Shame on you Jiffy lube.!!"

"I told the technician NO filters and the front desk person NO air or cabin filters were needed because I already had filters and would replace myself. Went to replace the filters and Jiffy swapped them out after being told not to. Deducting 2 stars as I was extremely clear about the filters. Jiffy also left contents from my glovebox on my floorboard."
