"I purchased the automatic garage opener. Technician showed up and never got it to connect to my garage. He left without it working and stated he would come back later. Then i get a call from an Austin number. He stated that getting it to work is a luxury. They don’t have to get it to work because it is just like if you had it in a normal car. What he doesn’t understand is when you buy a ICE it comes already installed, so they don’t have to come and INSTALL any additional part on my vehicle. Until this company is help responsibly for their lack of reliability and customer service they will continue to take advantage of customers. I would say think long before dealing with this company."

"Don't recommend this place for service, they are the worst when it comes to customer service. I bought a brand new Model Y and as it approached 1k miles I opened a service ticket for an issue with my steering wheel slanted some towards the right. I suppose with the excitement of getting a new car I didn't really see it. I told them the tires are not wearing abnormally I think the issue is that from the factory the steering was not set straight. They said they only honor the first 100 miles for issues with the car. Mind you that I had to pick up this car in Houston so I would have had to put in the ticket on the drive home. I refused to pay and left not before telling the service manager a few choice words which in retrospect I do regret. I ended up taking it to another shop where I paid a fraction of the price and they confirmed my suspicion that this is an issue from the factory and that it is not typical for a car to have such issues within the first 1k miles. I won't be coming back to this location and strongly recommend if you buy one of these cars put in as many tickets as you can to be 100% sure your car is set because they will find any reason not to take responsibility for issues with their vehicles. These guys are trained to nickel and dime customers when you need any service on these vehicles. They defend tesla as if they get a bonus for blaming customers and not doing the right thing."
"It was my first time here since all my previous services have been thru the mobile service. The location is a little bit hidden and there are not too many signs to known which one is the service entrance and which one the main entrance. I got greeted right away and Tiffany took my car even without an appointment. They told me that it was going to be around one hour to what I replied that I was going to be back later. They did offer a loaner but I declined since it was not needed. They were able to fix the problem and additionally they did a multipoint inspection, they refilled the windshield fluid and they top charged it!!! Definitely coming back. Well done!!!"
