"Just want to say Thank you to Patrick, Kerrie, and the rest of the M4 crew on the fantastic job on my car. Car looks factory and time frame was better than I anticipated. Can't recommend yall enough, and I can't wait to bring yall my truck for that repaint!"
"As far as painting my 69 Camaro is concerned, M4 earns 5 stars. The paint job is outstanding. The reason I rate 3 stars revolves around a disconnect in resolving customer disputes for mechanical work which was paid for and accomplished by M4. My Camaro was delivered by M4 in late November 2022 due to a military move. The day after my car was delivered, I noticed the headlight doors were incorrectly installed. I notified M4 and sent photos. They sent a worker out to see the headlight doors rubbing and scratching while opening and closing, however that worker did not fix the issue. Within the next few days, I installed the wiring harness to crank the car. M4 installed the Hydroboost and one of the lines became disconnected once pressure was applied. I reconnected the end which disconnected and worked on other areas of the Camaro over the course of a week. I did request a mobile mechanic to see if he could crank the engine, but was unsuccessful. The car was not running, so I dropped it off at another shop in South Carolina while I attended the Chaplain Captain Career Course. My instructions to the SC shop were simply get the car running and finish it while I attend my 6-month school. I dropped it off on 22 December and was contacted in March to see his progress. The shop was highly frustrated because of unknown items to accomplish due to improper installation of parts. The high and low pressure Hydroboost lines were installed backwards and once the car was running, a line blew up which required replacing. The Master Clutch Cylinder was not installed correctly. Each fuel line fitting leaked because they were not properly installed. There were missing body bolts attaching the body to the frame; sadly, this was the third time I had to purchase hardware as M4 lost pieces from the first set and apparently failed to install the second set. And to fix the headlight door issues, all the front pieces of the car were removed with exception to the fenders. It was then discovered several pieces of hardware were missing which explains why the headlight doors would not correctly stay on its intended glidepath when opening and closing. I was handed a bill over $6,000 although M4 was paid almost $42,000 for the work I requested them to accomplish. Outside of issues with the headlight doors, I was unaware of the extent of mechanical errors until my visit in March. I was willing to let M4 off the hook in fixing the headlight doors until I received that bill with the list of each item improperly installed. In March I emailed and contacted M4 to resolve this "with" the SC shop. For nearly 6 months, I attempted to compromise with M4 to meet in the middle and cover half the cost. My patience ran out because, by the owner's failure to return my call after 6 months, I truly felt disrespected. It wasn’t until September I stated my intent to contact an attorney because I felt they were, by ignoring me, telling me to kick rocks and go away. The receptionist informed me I exceeded the warranty timeline. I informed her that M4 knew within 24 hours after delivery of the Camaro, the headlights were not correct. At this point, I simply requested through the receptionist to inform the owner of M4 to pay for 20 hours associated with the labor to fix the front end at M4’s rate which totaled $1,900. She said she would inform him. Later that day, the owner sent me a text stating he would send the money. The check I received was for $1,000. I ask whoever is reading this to judge for themselves and conclude what right looks like in this situation. Was this fair? And I am still hoping that M4 will make things right. If M4 does the right thing, I will remove this review. Again, the paint job is outstanding. The headlight doors and the additional mechanical work was poorly accomplished."
"Repaired my scraped up rear bumper and tail light like new again. Beautiful work! Ask for Kerrie!"
"I have an 18 year-old boat cowling that needed new decals due to age, peeling, fading and shrinking. Not to mention the cowling had scratches, paint fading and paint chips. The owner, Patrick, encouraged me to repaint and allow him to design new decals. I gave a color scheme suggestion and put my faith in Patrick and Robert. I was floored with the finished product. It looked like a new cowling from Mercury Mfg. with a unique design matching the art work from my boat hull. They surprised me by polishing and painting my old logos and rear handle on the cowling. The entire paint and decals were Clear Coated for longevity and prevent the decals from fading and shrinking, also giving a mirror finish. I am very impressed with M4 Auto Restoration’s creativity, skill and professionalism. They went far beyond my expectations and gave me a better result at the Same Price as the other local Wrap Businesses had offered me! Patrick & the M4 team Earned myTrust and Exceeded my Expectations as I Highly RECOMMEND their services!!!"
"I recently purchased a 2021 Ram and we experienced a few "blemishes" within in the first few weeks of ownership. My passenger side mirror was hit and my headliner was cut when the windows were being tinted - I thought I was cursed with this vehicle purchase! I reached out to Patrick, sent him a few photos of the problem areas and he immediately started a plan of action to get the needed parts and schedule my vehicle with his team. From the time I first contacted Patrick with my issues to the day I picked up my truck, Patrick made me feel like this was his truck that was damaged and cared for it in that way. The repairs to my vehicle were done within the time frame he promised and right on budget. I also asked him to spray the bed with a liner since one was not provided when you spend $60k on a truck - Thanks Ram! This service was a cherry on top of the other repairs with the same craftsmanship. Please consider the M4 team for any repairs or modifications you need for your vehicle - you would be supporting a local business owner that will not disappoint."
