They quickly diagnosed the issue as a stuck/failed thermostat and repaired it while she waited (it took less than 90 minutes- most of that time was spent waiting for the part delivery and the car to cool down). She had an air conditioned waiting room and her iPhone... I was so impressed with their prices, honesty, and helpful attitudes that I had the car dropped off the following day to repair her A/C and get her oil changed. They did a great job on that also!
