The personnel had smiles and were working great with each other. I enjoyed going there for my inspections and will be back."

"I recently visited Take 5 on Thousand Oaks for an inspection of my sick mother's 2020 Toyota Camry, an experience that has completely altered my view of this establishment. For years, I have been a loyal customer, trusting them with the maintenance of all my vehicles. However, this trust was shattered during my last visit. The inspection was handled by a younger staff member who decided to fail the car due to a minor issue with the wiper blades. While they made a slight noise, they cleaned the windshield perfectly. See the video for your self. It was clear that this was a trivial reason to fail the car, reflecting either a lack of experience or an unnecessary strictness in their inspection criteria. I brought it across the street to jiffy lube and they passed the car without issue. The state website says the blades must be in good working order which they are. This experience has left me deeply disappointed. A facility that I once trusted for its service and professionalism has now lost a loyal customer. I can no longer recommend Take 5 to others for their car maintenance needs. It's regrettable that one unreasonable decision can overshadow years of satisfactory service, but as a consumer, I must take my business where it is valued and treated with reasonable judgment."

"Called in before going in person about pricing about oil change with own oil and filter. They stated one price over the phone and another price once I was there in person. When I asked they stated that “they tell their customers lower prices to bring them” in typical bait and switch trick. Employee advised it was some call center that gave me pricing, not really I called directly to the store via number on google. But overall decent service beside that, just wished they were more clear with pricing."
