"Dropped my EuroVan off on Tuesday with Rick at Foreign Specialists. He then called me the next day to go over my options, and gave me his honest opinion on said options. He could have tried to convince me to buy the more expensive stock part, but he researched that the cheaper aftermarket handle had better reviews! Rick was very courteous and prompt communicating with me, and I got my van back three days later with no issues. I was especially happy with this experience after dealing with a dealership back in Houston where I'm convinced I've overpaid many times. I would highly recommend this shop. Added bonus: there's a very friendly kitty cat in the shop to pet while you wait!"
