"Just recently got rear ended and the staff there are amazing. Military member here and can’t say how happy I am to have chosen this place. Mr J.R. Is amazing and so professional. From start to finish and even secured my garage clicker and badge from my truck when I wasn’t even there. They washed, cleaned, and vacuum my truck which I had no clue they did. They even got under my seats and everything. Mr J.R. even walked me to my truck on pickup day and made sure everything was perfect. If you’re wondering where to go or if you should choose this place…. Let me say don’t hesitate one bit! Thank you to the two ladies at the front desk who were so helpful and nice as well. They called and had the rental car company come pick me up and I also dropped my rental to them as well. A++++ service and highly recommend. Mr J.R. Deserves a bonus or raise along with those two ladies at the front desk for sure!!! -Nguyen"
"My car was in an accident in July 2023 and was towed by the insurance company to Atlas. I received little to no communication from Gilbert who was handling my claim about updates on my car. I had to call almost every day to find out if my car was being worked on. I was also the go between person from them to the insurance company because they would not communicate with each other. Almost three months into “repairs” I received a call from insurance telling me that the repairs would cost too much and they were totaling my car, however Gilbert told me that the car was finished and should be ready to be picked up in the next day or so. When I called the next day, they wouldn’t release it to me until they had their money from the insurance company. He then didn’t return my calls and I had to get a ride to the shop to speak to him in person and find out when I could get my car a week later. The car was finally released to me and was not completed properly. I returned it to the shop and was told that there was a problem with the steering column but it was safe to drive until they got the “back ordered” part, this was now October of 2023. They have not returned calls or given my any updates so I finally had to take my car to another shop to get an estimate of what needed to still be done with my car. It’s now 6 months since the accident and I have spend over $900 on a clock spring, motor mount and realignment. I am sick knowing that I had to pay that much for an accident that was not my fault. Working with Atlas was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a shop. I hope this review spares someone else the stress and loss of funds this experience has put me through."
"Great service, recent job on my challenger as if nothing happened took care of my car paperwork work was a breeze before i knew it i was back on the road. 10/10"
"Would give 0 stars if I could. Unprofessional establishment with poor communication- both towards me and my insurance agent. They started working on my car 3 weeks after I dropped it off. Only updates I would receive were given when I went in-person. Received my car late, with a faulty exhaust system, and with my sound system tinkered with. Cost me many hours and much frustration; after getting my vehicle “fixed” by Atlas, I had to take it to a second exhaust shop and D-Tronics in south Texas to correct their errors. This shop is NOT worth the frustration, take your business elsewhere. If it is Farias working on your vehicle, good luck."
"Only dropped off my vehicle here because that was my only option since the insurance of the person that crashed my car sent me here. The person in charge of “communicating” with me (Albert) was so arrogant and made it seem as if I was bothering him when I would call for an update, since he never did. The day after I got my car back I noticed that the rear brake light was not working which was part of what was fixed, I did receive a courtesy call from front desk and I mentioned that detail, was told that Albert would call me in less than 48 hrs for me to bring my car, he never did and honestly I didn’t want to deal with this place anymore so I just fixed it myself. The other reviews were right."
