"Never using this service center again. To sum up my experience: they lied to my wife, a tech took my key home, made several promises and didn't come through, and tried to get me to do one of the most expensive services on my Suba (catalytic converter replacement) without doing further diagnostics. We brought it in for a leak in the refrigerant. They needed to keep it overnight and my wife asked for a rental for the day. The person she was working with said there was none available (fast forward to when the tech took home my key and they have 3 available for me). One good thing I can say is that they provided her with a lift home. When I go to pick it up the next day they told me I had a P420 error and my catalytic converter would need to be replaced. They quoted me $4000. When I asked if they did any other diagnostics to see why the error was coming up, they said it was because of the error code. I'm not paying 4k for a repair when they don't even tell me why the repair is needed and just base it off a code! For all they knew it could have been a malfunctioning O2 or the problem could have persisted causing another failure! So i told them to just give me the car. In the receipt they said "wash and vacuum", nope... nothing was cleaned, in fact it was probably dirtier when I got it. In the end, I did the repair myself. It took me 3 hours, and I don't know anything about car maintenance. Oh, and I don't have the right tools, but it worked. The total cost was about $2000 with parts after having another shop inspect and fix a mistake I made."
"Bob Bustamante assisted us for a used car purchase for my teenage family member. He was helpful, non biased and thorough with the process and went into extreme detail with the carfax report. His demeanor and attitude demonstrated he cared about our purchase, making sure the vehicle was going to function at an optimal level even after driving off the sales lot. He made sure the vehicle was properly inspected, detailed, and gas tank was full. I have purchased multiple vehicles in the past from other dealerships and this by far was the best experience In my opinion."
"I’m very pleased with the service at this Subaru. Sometimes I worry that the prices are too high at the dealership but every time I have come in I left glad I went there and satisfied with the price and level of service. They patched my tire for only $15 and it was a difficult hole to find."
"Dropped off my Subaru at dealership to have diagnostics run on it mainly to check rear alignment. I was told 24hrs- 48 hrs max is all they need to run diagnostics on it. By Friday I had heard nothing from my service advisor so I contacted him. I had not been given a loaner and had warranty but couldn’t rent a vehicle till they knew if there was something to fix. So on the third day of borrowing vehicles and ubering to get around on Saturday I initiate contact again to find out what the heck is going on with my vehicle. I’m told “they still don’t know what is going on” indicating something is wrong but do not tell me what the issue is. On Monday I have to again call and talk to the service manager just to find out they hadn’t even ran the f’ing diagnostics on it. So whatever was wrong with it was just some made wordplay to hold the vehicle till it was convenient for them to look at it. I pick up vehicle later that Monday after having alignment done and they haven’t even washed the car which they said was a complimentary service. And the dude that drops off my car when I ask about the car wash shrugs his shoulders and says, “maybe it was down” !?!? By far without a doubt the worst service/customer service I’ve ever experienced at a dealership. Don’t use these guys- they will do nothing but drag their feet and waste their time and give half as service."
"The service team here is knowledgeable and friendly and the stars are for them. However, if you have to wait for your vehicle, I suggest leaving OR bringing your own device and earphones. The staff in the facility caters to the FOX news-watching crowd so if you are actually enjoying ESPN or HGTV, you cannot do so on the TVs in the waiting area. It makes an hour-and-a-half wait seem like five hours."
