"Had a great experience overall but this was the first time I ever felt pushed into buying things. What was supposed to be an 11.00 job turned out to be $198. Probably will be my last time coming. Excellent service but I probably would have drove away with a bald eagle if they offered it."

And don't even get me started on the wait—I had to endure two hours of sweltering heat with my windows down. Their "stay in your car" policy isn't about efficiency; it's just a ploy to cut costs on indoor space."

"it was a good experience, the two teams members that were there were quick and efficient in their work. they were very knowledgeable and their two man system got me in and out the garage in less than ten minutes. while we were waiting in the drive thru line, one member came out and gave us water bottles and thanked us for being patient."
