"Went to this place today for a tire rotation and a rear brake bulb change (two screws out, bulb out and in, two screws back in, 1 minute tops). Met the nicest young man to rotate my tires. He did a great job, so I gave him a great tip $$. And then here comes the foolery! The lady said the light bulb was $10 and the Labor to change it was $15! I said in my mind "are you stupid or what?" ain't no way I will pay anyone $25.00 to change a bulb! A job that took less than a minute. Never using them again for anything! Price Goughing at its beat. Watch yourself at this place. She tried to up sale a $175.00 thermos stat charge, he said hell no as well."

"Our Lexus had a misfire error code while visiting San Antonio on cylinders 1 and 3. CD supposedly replaced all spark plugs and coils 1 and 3. On the way home, the check engine light came back on. The error code was once again misfires in cylinders 1 and 3. I ordered new coils myself and replaced them. Lo and behold, that fixed the problem. I also discovered that the mechanics failed to route some wires back correctly, or neglected to put them back in their clasps all together. We are from out of town and have no recourse, which they knew when we dropped it off. Would not recommend."

"2 easy things i ask was put air in my gotrax front tire was low and one patch in my atv Now im so mad about my atv tire i went to get a 8 dollar patch and and the broken tire valve ....funny that it took a long length of time to be told its good What made me suspicious was the tire wasn't wet which they usually checked and u can here it i told him why is air come from rim seal instead of patch he said he dont know and i can see the dents so i sent it back then after another wait i just took him for his word soon i got home this tire flat so i called and they started telling me where to go get it fix and i cut him off and said please fix my tired since it after 6 i was told to come in morning we will see how this goes SO TO BE CONTINUE......"
