"Took in my Isuzu for overheating. Drove in smooth.Bought the thermostat myself to save a little cash. Well 5 days and $590 later I get the car back. I drove it off the lot only to have my engine shaking a lot. The only time it runs smooth is when I have my foot on the pedal. I called and told them and he said it was shaking when I brought it in...it wasn't at all. Then he said it was my rotors...it wasn't. I had it checked and it was misfiring. It wasn't doing that when I brought it in. Now I have to get plugs and coils.. But hey...at least it's not overheating right?"

"They fixed my car, but it felt like they didn't want to. They get paid by the hour, so they defintely took their time, I was in the area the whole day and it took them from opening to closing to fix two pretty common issues. The charging is outrageously high for something like a coolant flush and they will take advantage of naive customers. The clerks felt condescending and passive agressive. Definitely was some animosity there."
