He was friendly, professional, and *very* thorough in his inspection, pointing out anything that needed repair, and how much average repairs cost, making me feel completely comfortable moving forward with negotiations and purchase of the vehicle at the dealership. "Car was stopped on the side of the access road and he happened to see me, towed me to the nearest parking lot & checked it out. towed me home after saying he’d be back but was stood up. definitely won’t use again, if you want to keep your name good do GOOD by people. he left his rope on my car from when he towed it, thought that would be another reason he came back but nah Adrien could’ve left me where i was."

"I had high hopes when he responded immediately and was able to come diagnose within 20 minutes. He was very respectful but he has now stood me up for the repairs twice which is unfortunate. If you need your vehicle to be operable quickly, I would not suggest this business. It is now 2 days later and I still don't have a car. I should have just towed it to Midas or something."
