"I don’t even know where to begin, I am Very pleased with the service and communication I have received from this location. Everyone from the front desk to the individuals who worked on my vehicle were very patient, respectful and understanding. My vehicle had been stolen and badly damaged on the inside and outside, this incident happened in September 2023, I have been treated so unfairly ranging from the police dept and my insurance company who acted as if they didn’t want to pay for all of my vehicles expenses so that my vehicle could be fixed. Long story short my insurance finally approved for my vehicle’s expenses a little before Christmas. Even then it would still be a wait due to the holidays. I was of course frustrated and disappointed in my insurance company, but I say this because out of all the trouble I went through to get my car situated with my insurance, Gunn Collision really helped me with ease. The communication between Mr Ashton Haworth ( Customer Service Manager) at Gunn Collision and I have been very great. He really made sure my vehicle was taken care of fully and really went that extra mile to help me in this situation.
