"Horrible experience! Had a flat tire and went in for a tire replacement on my brand new 2022 legacy which was a month old. I had subarus comprehensive tire replacement plan and my tire should've been replaced free of cost. First of all, the staff was not able to verify my plan and made me wait for 2 hours after which I went on a call with Subaru customer support to find out their system was down and they are not able to verify anything. This should've been notified to me earlier so that I could've paid for the new tire and got my reimbursement later. Instead the service dept said my tire plan was third party which clearly was wrong and they were not even able to notify me that Subarus system was down. I had to call subaru and do their job for them and finally paid the full cost and had my tire replaced after 4 hours. Definitely my worst experience!"
