"Came in for an oil change and had an appointment. Two people that came in after me got their vehicles before I did. And not to mention they were also approached by a service consultant before i was. When I went into the Service Parts to ask for my service consultant the service consultant assigned to me asks me if someone else signed in my vehicle. So disorganized. Yes, because you didn't do it. Over 2 hours for an oil change. Horrible customer service. Going back to another Chevy Service Dealership to get my vehicle serviced."

With a small $10 discount from their website, it was better than doing it myself. The waiting area could use some investment as it shows its age and lack of quality amenities when you wait."
