"I flew down from Michigan to buy a car and decided to have a pre-purchase inspection done by these guys and let me tell you they absolutely saved me from buying a POS car. I didn’t catch the guy’s name but I would assume it was the owner I was talking with and he is an extremely knowledgeable person in the world of BMW and Mini cooper (Can’t speak for Benz only because we talked BMW/Mini stuff) the man was very nice and very straightforward with me. I would hands down recommend this shop to anyone with BMW/Mini questions and problems!! This man literally saved me over $10k!"

"I mean there’s always an opportunity to improve for every business and although I haven’t found one for Coopers Bimmers & Benz, I give 4.9999 stars. Upon reaching the location, the presence of several MINI Coopers outside assured me that I was in the right place. JourNI felt like a home away from home. The staff was kind, thorough, quick, and incredibly knowledgeable about my MINI! Even though it's nearly 40 minutes away without traffic, and I can't imagine with traffic, I plan to return and would highly recommend it."

"Do not take your car here. I drop my car off on a Thursday for diagnostic and they didn't touch my car until Tuesday. I had to call them x2 on Tuesday for the results. None of it made sense so I ask to speak to the mechanic.This processed spilled over until wednesday. The mechanic was rude and didn't explain anything. They said I needed spark plugs but I had a tune up 2 years ago with platinum sparkplugs last 100000 miles Someone else calls me to tell me that they will get me better answer and a dx for my car.they finally call my warranty where they unable to explain why the services are needed. I asked for th cost of the battery and it was 300 and the cost of labor was 300 plus ...they are ripping people off.do not believe the 5 star reviews, no integrity"

"I initially gave this shop a positive five-star rating, but after consistently dealing with them since March 2023, I've had to downgrade my assessment. They have consistently demonstrated a lack of integrity, respect for my time, and quality workmanship, ultimately betraying my trust as a customer. My vehicle required multiple repairs, and the shop struggled to fix it correctly the first time. On several occasions, after working on my Mini Cooper, the technicians failed to properly secure the under-front tray, causing it to loosen and drag while I was driving on the highway. These repeated issues, coupled with their overall lack of professionalism, have left me deeply disappointed. I would strongly advise against using this shop if you value your car and your time"

"I took my BMW for repairs at their shop and received exceptional service. I had several repairs done to my car, including a turbo replacement and an oil change, and the total was a very fair amount in comparison to the BMW dealership. This was not my first time with the shop and I can say they’re very attentive, fair, and very respectful. They waited for me several times past their closing time and had my car completed in about 3 working days. A very reliable and affordable shop for all your European car needs."
