"I am providing one star due to lack of transparency. I requested a price estimate and they said they couldn't provide it because it depends on the job. I ask myself how much experience they have if they cannot give a price estimate for patching up a hole in the wooden floor. It is routine work in this industry. Just a conniving way to rack up the price. So beware. Do not approve work unless provided with a quote, if not they will take you along for a ride like I was. $700+ for putting a metal plate on the floor. $160+ for a 2x2 metal plate and 9 screws . Ridiculous. I am even going to have to redo the same floor section to repair it correctly, with wooden floor and not a metal plate. BEWARE DRIVERS JUST REQUEST A QUOTE BEFORE YOU APPROVE.
