"Nothing lined up There were HUGE gaps My hood still looked like it was open even though it was closed Where the front bumper and my headlights meet, part of the bumper was popped out and over my driver side headlight. My husband had to physically pop it in. Even then that area of the front bumper looked warped or buckled. They did not return my license plate to me nor did they provide a way for me to attach a license plate to my front bumper. Where my driver side corner panel and roof meet, in between the window and windshield, that piece was popped out and when pressed would not go back into place."

"The customer service was great, my advisor, Tre was spectacular. They fixed the bumper that I went in for, but left with a large crack, from top to bottom, in my windshield that occurred while my vehicle was in their care. They said it was the heat. They offered me a discount to get it fixed, but, for real, now I gotta pay extra for something that was not even my fault.... not happy with this at all. Thanks for getting back to me. I have contacted the location, immediately as I was driving off and noticed the crack. I turned right back around and spoke to them. They said that it was the heat that caused the crack to go from end to end. They said I still have to pay for another windshield. I wasn't needing another windshield when I took my vehicle in for repair. I don't feel the need to pay for another windshield when I wasn't needing one until I got my vehicle back. The number that was given in the response was a shop number, to the very location that my vehicle was at...just for me to speak to the very person that said that I need to pay $200 plus dollars for another windshield.... no resolution as of yet"
