"Oil change was super fast, staff very helpful. And very convenient service since I don't have to get out of my car. They also let you know what other things your car might need and offer other services for future visits. Will definitely be going again."

"$7 inspections so that’s good. First guy helping me decided to stop in the middle of the inspection to go chat with his friends. A very nice older gentleman came over after awhile and asked me if I needed help. He finished the inspection and gave me my paperwork. I appreciate him but they need better customer service training for some of their employees."

"The worse service I have ever had. Drove in asked for an Inspection and oil change. I called the store and told them they didn't give me my inspection paperwork the assistance manager told me he would email me the paperwork four hours later they tell me that they will not be sending me and paperwork because the forgot to charge me. I said you told me that a oil change and Inspection would be $138.00.. They performed the inspection which you just admitted but you didn't charge me. This the worse customer service. I have ever seen. My fellow Veteran brothers and sisters. If you go there check you paperwork before you leave"

"Have tried to get an inspection twice with no luck. Didn’t even get acknowledged the first time, waited over 15 minutes in line and left. Today I tried again. They were busy and I got in line. When the bay opened up, the tech told me to move and let the car beside me to go ahead because they were before me. I asked him about the car in the first bay waiting since I arrived before them. He just laughed and asked me to move. I told him to just never mind. I have 3 vehicles that get serviced there but never again."

"I went in for a full synthetic oil change, expensive enough as it is, only to end up having to pay more at my dealership to get my skid plate reattached because the valvoline technician did not put the clips and screws back in properly—they somehow missed 6 screws and clips. The splash guard and skid plate will have to be replaced because of the damage caused by their lack of attention. Ultimately, I paid $80 for the oil and I’ll pay $450 for the replacement of the parts. A completely different floor tech from the one who added oil came over and did the payment process and then closed the hood and told us we were good to go. Unfortunately, they had not yet reattached the skid plate so someone below yelled for them to stop. He then has me open the hood, goes down, comes back up and asks me to turn off the vehicle, goes down again and I feel a drill under the vehicle. Another tech from below walks over to the manager and tells him “he didn’t even put the skid plate back on before telling them they could go” and the manager just huffed and brushed it off. We wait a maybe a minute tops and then the manager closes our hood and gives us the all clear to leave. I do not recommend using this location unless you’re happy with shoddy work, and extra costs."
