"I purchased a used vehicle at Red McCombs Toyota back in December of 2023. I had the pleasure of Jordan Uranga as my sales representative. After purchasing the vehicle, there was an issue with the windshield . When I contacted Jordan, he was apologetic even though he would not have known unless it was driven for a period of time. Through his diligence, he identified the windshield had been replaced by a reputable company. He organized the repair expeditiously and under the windshield warranty. I could not have asked for a better example of professionalism from the individual and the Red McCombs team."

Roman Galindo was very thorough and send me a video of the vehicle right away so I could see what they were looking at. "Went on the coldest day of the year to find warmth and kindness in the whole staff. Ed Nealy was a joy to work with. He contacted us via phone before we even made it to Texas, had cars waiting for us to test drive and helped us navigate the whole process. Ali, the finance guy, was very helpful in getting us an extended warranty on my used car, which gave me great peace of mind. It was too cold to detail the cars we bought (Toyota Highlander Hybrid for me and a 4 Runner for the husband) but they have offered to do it another day.
