A GOOD MECHANIC

"We got stuck right outside of San Antonio on our way back home, it was a 5+ hour drive and getting dark. Didn’t know anybody in the area of San Antonio that could help us and this guy was the first to pop on our google search. Gave him a call and was very helpful and quick. Told us to park in O’reilly and by the very next morning he was there fixing my husbands truck. By noon we were already back on the road to go back home. I would definitely recommend him! He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Service was 10/10"

"**DON’T EVER USE THIS GUY FOR MECHANIC SERVICES** First of all, he is very unprofessional and aggressive via text and in person. I just needed my door panel reattached, but he tried to upsell me on getting my A/C & brake fluid flushed. After looking at my door panel in person, he said he could fix it for $110 including labor and a few screws. Fast forward four hours, I picked up my truck and the panel is on but the door handle doesn’t work & the window is struggling to go up. He assured me that he would fix it the next day. So, I came back the next day and he tried to fix it again. The whole time he lectured me about my truck being old and how he might not be able to fix the door handle. Keep in mind, THERE WAS NO ISSUE WITH THE DOOR HANDLE BEFORE. In ten minutes, he fixed the door handle for me but now my window isn’t working AT ALL. It actually fell off track. Instead of fixing it, he made every excuse about why he couldn’t fix it & how previous mechanics messed up the window. He refused to fix the window at that time because he said he already worked for four hours the day before. Then, he said he would fix the window if I brought it back the next day for $20. I didn’t think it was a good idea to come back and pay him more money for a new issue he created. Long story short, he kept my money & I had to drive home with a broken window. I now have to take my car to another mechanic to get it fixed. DON’T TRUST THIS GUY. Your vehicle could be in worse condition when he returns it to you. If I could report him ten times, I would. Trust me, spend your money elsewhere to get quality service. I’m very disappointed. (Update: Attached you’ll find a photo of his response after breaking my window & receiving this bad review. He actually called & threatened me. See the voicemail transcription. Can’t make this stuff up. Stay away at all cost.)"

"I contacted William via phone Christmas Eve morning and explained my F-150 was miss firing badly. He told me what he thought the problem was. Said if I went and bought the parts, bring the truck by he would get it repaired that day. Got the parts brought the truck by and had it fixed in less than two hours. He also cleaned out radiator fins with special chemical all for a decent price. I would recommend William if you need a mechanic."

"I chose this repair facility based on the great reviews that I had read. The service and attention to detail and knowledge of Will and his help was incredible! It was so comforting to have a great competent repair while on a road trip just traveling through town. He gave my vehicle and my family the safety that we needed while on a road trip. I would highly recommend this mechanic to repair your vehicle if you have any kind of problems. I had gone in because of coolant leak and he quickly diagnosed it and had the repairs completed for us. While there he asked me some questions about how good my braking was. I told him it was not good and he could quickly see why when the brake fluid had never been cleared or replaced. He was concerned about our safety with breaking as well and help us get our vehicle to stop like never before out on the road. I'm so happy with these repairs and the safety that stopping gives us. He knew we were traveling during the warm part of the Year through Texas and the southern part of the country, and asked if our air conditioning felt ice cold. When I told him no, he said it was because my radiator was not working as efficiently as it could and he looked into it and found that there was a ton of biological buildup in the fins. He sprayed some kind of cleaner and it dissolved all the proteins of whatever was stuck in the radiator. That's the picture that is included so that you could see what came out of what I thought was a really clean radiator. I wish I lived closer to will just to have him as a close mechanic. Dominic."
